Recruitment room..

My idea:

We have a seporate room for the recruiting of Marines.
- However, this is not what you think..

We put a telle inthe Civilian area of the HQ, this leads to a small office-like room. Where stikies will explain how to join. [Uniform and motto]

Their will be a another teleport the other side of the room, blocked off, that leads into the Enlistend and NCO area of the HQ. This is so that once the Marine has the correct uniform and motto, they can go into the telle into the room. [Avoiding congestion at the gate in the HQ where VIPS and Current [TRM] Members can enter.]

I think that this will really help, it will give people more things to do as you could send someone into the smal recruitment room to run it, and it will make the HQ less crowded with people who want to join.

Please tell me what you think. [Or if it makes no sence and you need me to explain better.]



Example of that the 'Recruitment Room' could look like..




- The potential recruit will enter through teleport 1 and take a seat.
- They will be guided by prefrably 2 TRM Members to look at the stikies for Uniform amd motto. These people we help the recruits.
- Once the recruits are poerfect, the will go through teleport 2, which leads to to Enlisted and NCo part of the HQ.

I think this is an idea well worth implementing. I can't say I've ever seen it on any other group before - the extra jobs it provides are a nice bonus, it does ease congestion and just feels very professional on the whole.
Of course there is the downside that the HQ popularity could take a hit, so it might be worth holding off untill we've got more regular numbers.

We made this something similar to this in UK;AF, except their was only 1 Teleport, leading to the public area of the HQ, and was primarily used for hosting events when the room owner was not online.

I'd say it worked decently well but I don't know if it's worth doing here at TRM.
