Right its probably not a great idea since people will be competing and all but.. But might as well try.

Right my idea is that there should be a hosted award day maybe once a month that is held in a meeting, staff or training room.

.Best guard of the month/year/week. - Awarded by owner

.Best recruiter of the m/y/w - awarded by owner

.Best advertiser of the m/y/w - awarded by owner

.Best attendance of the m/y/w - awarded by owner

.(For High ranked NCO and higher) Best disciplinary person of the m/y/w - Voted by staff

.Best Reputated member (Best) - Voted by all members

For each of the awards given should be a award sign and a promotion perhaps even a peice of furniture.

the idea is sound, we did it in BA for years with varying success. But the amount of time you will need to take up just to find out who deserves what will be astronomical, especially the ones like who is on the most.
