Dear all Trainers [people who train] This is for you!

A poll, this is to help those who train. In our last meeting, it was discussed that sometimes a trainer will have to train 4 or 5 recruits, which can be a bit too much to handle on youir own.. So this poll is to descover the most wanted trainer - recruit ratio.

For example... if the ration is to be 1:3, their would be 1 trainer to 3 recruits.

1:2 Is a good ratio for me. It is easy to control whilst keeping them interested at the same time. Others may disagree? Please post, trainers.

Glad to see some feedback, and atm, it seems 1:2 is the best ratio.

The most Recruits i've took for training is for, and i didn't struggle, i found it quite easy once someone made the mistake of speaking/moving which is then when they get their first warning.
This may have just been because the people I was training were on the whole good, and may change depending on the behaviour of the Recruits or the quality training the trainer is providing.

The most Ive ever trained over the years is about 15-20 lmao, back when BA was pop.

Personally I think that the more people you can train in one session the better. Say you have 16 recruits and you train them 2 at a time, that is 8 training sessions. Now if you are the only trainer there or if there are 2 of you are you telling me you are prepared to do 4-8 training sessions on the trot at the high standard it needs to be? And don't just say yes for the sake of saying yes lol. In the 4/5 years ive been doing this I have never met someone who was willing to do that lol.

Yeh, i'm trying to get a training group that people who want to be trainers can join. This was they can me trainer to train better - so can train more, maintaing a high amout of quiality.
