New TRM Training guide - Works with the new TRM system :)
Ok here it is - hope you enjoy
New TRM Training Guide
Welcome to TRM Basic Training
In this training session you have 3 warnings which you will use up by standing, talking or doing anything to interupt training. If you lose all 3 Warnings you will fail training.
Ok let's begin;
At TRM we have 4 branches - The royal Army, The royal Navy, The Airforce and the marines. At the end of training, you'll be able to pick the branch that you want to work in.
However, all you need to worry about is gaurding, Advertising and Correcting people's motto or uniform is it is wrong.
Gaurding is simple - stand in the gate and let members through unless their mish or uniform is incorect. Also let through VIPs. Ask officers to see who is a VIP or not.
If the person's mish or clothing are wrong, have them read the green sticky to join. Also ask them to sit down while they are doing this so they do not block the gate.
Next up is respect. You must call Officers and cabinet members by sir or ma'am.
Also you must Standfast when they enter the room. Standfast is better known as SF.
To SF all you do is stand and wave once.
(Practice SF until the recruit(s) have mastered it)
You must SF for an officer or cabinet member regardless if they shout SF or not. SF is a way lower ranks respect them when they enter the room.
ok next is AE or At Ease. While you are doing SF, you cannot talk or sit down until they have said AE. this is to say that you can sit down and talk again.
If they shout SF then leave without shouting AE, you may sit down.
(Practice Until perfect)
(Questions may be asked now)
If you need help at TRM please ask a higher rank to help you.
Also you may want to sign up to the TRM forums later to find out information and join groups in TRM
Website: www.Theroyalmarines.tk
Do this on a later. If you are unsure about the website don't hesitate to ask an officer or cabinet for help.
There are some things you need to know:
FTF: Fill the Front
RTB: Return to base
AFK: away from keyboard
BRB: Be right back
Well done - you have now completed basic TRM training

Re: New TRM Training guide - Works with the new TRM system :)
Here is my Expansion on that guide.
>Welcome to TRM Basic Training.
>First off; No-one will speak, move, or do anything to distract others from this session. You will be given 3 warnings, if you use them, then you fail training.
>Ok; Here at TRM, We are split into 4 Branches. These are; The Royal Army, The Royal Marines, The Royal Air Force, and The Royal Navy. When you have completed training, you will be given the choice of which branch to join.
>As an Enlisted rank of TRM, your job is to Recruit, and Guard.
>Recruiting; This means helping people join in HQ. Correct their mottos and uniforms until perfect.
>Guarding; this is a little more difficult. When guarding, stand IN the gate, and make sure you only let certified STAFF or VIPs in. To check who's VIP, take a look at the purple stickies in the VIP section of HQ.When letting Staff in, make sure their mottos and Uniforms are completely correct.
>Next, Commanding Officers: You address Officer and Administration ranks by Sir or Ma'am, depending on gender.
>Standfasting: This is a way of respecting Officer and Administration ranks when they enter a room. All you do, is stand, and wave once. [Do an Example] And you cannot be seated, until told one of the following: At Ease, AE, or Ease.
[Do Some Practices]=
>Next, Some information you will need to know:
>RTB = Return To Base
>FTF = Fill The Front - This means sit on the front row of sofas in HQ.
>AFK = Away From Keyboard - When you're AFK, sit on the back row of sofas in HQ.
>GG = Guard Gate.
